Location: SM Fairview
Number of Participants: 80 +Sunday morning Russell, Remo, Yancy, Gerald, Donald, Neil (brother of Donald) and few minutes more John and Peter from Baguio City arrived in our meeting place around 7:30 am and we have to wait for Marty for quite a long time before we can go to Fairview for our very first Monthly Tournament participation. Then, we got there on time and fill out our decklists and sign up for the September Monthly Tournament.
With the new forbidden list in place, I was very eager to play with new and creative decks that didn't have to include chaos sorcerer tapos Monthly Tournament.
Melvin Sta. Maria who let us use most of the cards for the tournament since our deck setup includes a lot of EN cards. "My lost cousin (hehehe) V-Lord is present which is btw still looking for Dark Ruler Hadez. "
Salamat po kay Gio and their teammate who owns a Secret Rare Vampire Lord. Thanks to Melvin Sta. Maria for consistently inviting us to join Monthly Tournament. I know now why he can't explain why join Monthly Tournament. Sayang at di nakasama lahat nang teammates namin including the veterans in our team (Johnson,Don and Melvin (TK).
MonDUDE our Level 6 Duelists didn't make it to the Monthly but our Level 4 is present. Level 4 Yancy of United Group of Duelists (which is by the way our team name and hindi po Team Pampanga.. hehehe) Yancy deserves an excellent opponent too.... just ask Yancy what he feels dueling with the top players of Metro Manila.. hehehe.
Thanks to our teammates who are with us, namely: Russell, Remo, Gerald, Ar-Jay, Donald and his brother Neil, John, Peter, Yancy, and Marty.
John and Russell has definitely in war now for a particular Girl Duelists.. hehehe... friendly war? may the best duelists win?
Yancy for meeting and dueling with the Best Players of Metro Manila... ;D.
For me? It was one of the best tournaments. Definitely better than Magic TCG kahit currently not reaching thousand registered players... but, really, the best tournament and challenging indeed!
If the Weekly Tournament natin is 100% good for you. Wait until you join or see the Monthly Tournament.
Our pictures taken by Russell during the September Monthly Tournament will be posted soon for my teammates to see and to eNvy!.. ;D.
