Help po ulit! Deck Devasatation naman po!

My friend and I have been arguing on the real effect of deck deva, may dalawang scenario po ito paki explain each.
Scenario 1. its my turn may sangan me on the field, tapos inactivate nya effect of deck deva, so pupunta si sangan sa graveyard,ini-insist nya yung mapi-pipick ni sangan from my deck eh made-destroy din kc una papatayin muna ng deck deva yung mga monsters on field so si sangan nga yon tapos activate daw yung effect ni sangan so kukuha me ng monster den idi-destroy ni deck deva yung mga monsters on hand so made-destroy yung monster na pinick ko from my deck, sabi ko hindi madedestroy yung monster na pinick ko because of two rules, the first rule is this nakuha ko to sa yugiohworld.com "During the resolution of the chain, additional card effects may be triggered due to a condition placed upon them. For example, a card may have an effect that activates once it is placed in the Graveyard. When this occurs, that card's effect will begin a new chain as Chain Link 1 only after the current chain has resolved. If multiple effects are triggered during the resolution of the current chain, each effect will be placed on the new chain according to the rules of priority" -so meaning kailangan matapos muna yung current chain in this case no chain had occured only current effect before the effect of sangan can occur. yung explation ko naman sa kanya para sa second rule ng scenario na ito eh same na din ng ginawa kong pag-explain sa kanya para sa scenario 2, so pakibasa na lang yung scenario 2.
Scenario 2. itz my turn ulit, pero hindi na sangan ang nasa field ko let say another monster na below 1500 ang attack, my opponent activated deck deva so madedestroy yung monster ko on field and on hand, since my last will ako at reinforcement of the army gagamitin ko mga yun, sabi nya useless din daw yun kc lahat ng manggagaling sa deck ko eh draw daw yun so madedestroy din sila, sabi ko hindi sila madedestroy because i'am picking them up from my my deck not drawing them, ayaw niya maniwala nagiging literal daw ako masyado, may pinakita me na teminology ng yugioh tcg sa kanya ayaw nya maniwala, eto nakasulat i got this from yugioh.wikia.com "Drawing a card is what happens whenever you take the top card of your deck and add it to your hand. Every turn you draw one card from your deck during your Draw Phase. Some effects also let you draw cards outside of your draw phase, such as Pot of Greed, Royal Magical Library, and Jar of Greed.
There is also "Picking up a card", which is not classified as drawing.
A card such as Magical Merchant will alow you to "pick up" cards.
"Picking up" a card is not the same as a draw. As it is not considered a draw, it does not work with the effects of Solemn Wishes, or Appropiate. It wont work with the effects of Deck Devastation Virus or Crush Card, either. Also, if required to pick up a card, and you have none left in your Deck to draw, you do not lose at that point.
A Searcher is any card, upon meeting of it's effect requirements (assuming the card has any), that is capable of letting you pick monster(s) from your Deck, and either summon it/them to the field, or add it/them to your hand, usually within a restriction placed upon you by the card itself. "
so sabi ko sa kanya yung last will at reinforcement eh mga seachers na that will allow me to pick not draw a monster from my deck.
eto po mga tanong ko pati my own interpretation of this rules, pakilinaw naman po if i'am correct or not, pati na din yung tamang paggamit ng deck deva. Salamat

tama ka. yung makukuha mo sa last will at reinforcement nde ma dedestroy. madedestroy lang ang cards na nasa hand at field at yung mga ma dra-draw mo sa draw phase at card effect during three turns. ang ma sesearch ni sangan nde din ma aapektuhan ng deva. masyadong malakas ang deva pag ganun.
Deck Devastation Virus
Super Rare
Tribute 1 DARK monster with an ATK of 2000 points or more on your side of the field. Check all monsters on your opponent's side of the field, your opponent's hand, and all cards he/she draws (until the end of your opponent's 3rd turn after this card's activation), and destroy all monsters with an ATK of 1500 or less.
ako naman ang may tanong sa deva, pag na activate sa turn ng kalaban yung deva, counted ba yun sa 3 turns? sabi sa akin nde daw e. draw phases daw yung bibilangin para sa turn.

Here are rulings from UDE's site that may help...
The turn that "Deck Devastation Virus" is activated counts as the first turn. If you activate "Deck Devastation Virus" during your own turn, the "first turn" lasts until the end of your opponent’s next turn.
You only check the cards on the field and in the hand when "Deck Devastation Virus" is resolved. Only cards drawn are checked until the end of the third End Phase.
So based on this, nagsimula na magbilang ang deck deva if activated sa turn ng kalaban mo. If activated sa turn mo, it only starts counting during your opponents turn.
Hope this helps
