Hey there, for confidential reasons, it's only now that I'm posting this.
Last Sunday, Feb 3, 2008, we had a meeting w/ the head of Courtside. We explained how & why Bankee droped out on us & thus we wanted them to be our new sponsor.
So far, we manage to convince them to provide us supplies of the latest booster set, Jap & US.(so better buy @ courtside to strengthen ties & supplies ) Furthermore, they will try to provide us a place in Robinsons Galleria for us to hold our weakly & maybe even monthly tournaments. They said to us that we should give them 2 weeks to try & do the necessary prepaprations. For card usage, they were ok about using any card just as long as it's original so no worries there for awhile. And as for tournament prizes, let's just say that we should put this aside for awhile...
This is by far what we know, we will continue to update this thread for more news. Till then, just go to your usual playing areas & gossip the news, because we're making a comeback in the Philippines!!
