IMPENDING POLICY SANCTIONED Tournament - Tournament Legal YuGiOh Cards in the Philippines. NON-SANCTIONED Tournament - Original YuGiOh Cards including ENGLISH (EN) Cards. In our team (United Group of Duelists), the format is still NON-SANTIONED for our Tournaments. For the past weeks, some of you might be hearing views that the tournament in our team will be in a different format which is SANCTIONED ; meaning ENGLISH edition cards will not be allowed. This format is strictly being followed by our new leader "Russell John" (as you might have noticed). Since our new leader is following this format ... kahit na matalo sya sa tournament natin every week.. should we follow his example? Definitely... "Yes!" ........HOWEVER we have to make sure that all the ASIAN EDITION YuGiOh Cards or JAPANESE Edition Cards are available for all the members of our team. I recall Melvin of Manila suggesting to the distributor of YuGiOh Cards to release more YuGiOh Structure Sets and booster boxes in the Market particuarly in Region III. Currently, this is happening now since you have seen more latest releases of YuGiOh Cards inside the latest booster packs being sold here in Region III. Hoping for Staple Cards (e.g. Heavy Storm, Nobleman of Crossout and others) will be availble for our team to start removing our current staple cards that are not allowed in Sanctioned Events. ALL/MOST OF US HERE IN BAGUIO FOLLOW THE SANCTIONED FORMAT... AEand JPN ANG GINAGAMIT NAMIN.... SINABI KASI SA AMIN NI ANTHONY (FUSION SAGE) NA GANUN DAW ANG FORMAT SA MANILA... NAGULAT AKO KASI SI ANTHONY(FUSION SAGE) AY KA TEAM MATE PALA DATI NI SIR MELVIN BAGO SIYA LUMIPAT DITO SA BAGUIO... ASTIG XA...

pero kkaasar lng, kc bkit pa ilalabas ang mga EN n cards kung hndi mo rin pla magagamit.. wla lng.. nsabi ko lng.. hehe.. ;D

the sanctioning of our area would be around december to january... yung ang sabi ni kuya melvin. pero as early as now i am encouraging other udl to set aside the EN cards. pls dont think that you'll lose if you dispose them. remember we play to enjoy. winning is 2nd priority. hehehe. got it guys.
